For this project, I applied theories and principles of passive green building design to my final architectural studio project, integrating sustainable strategies suited to climate and culture. After a green building visit, I wrote a reflection on insights gained from the visit and Assignment 1, and how I applied them to my design. I incorporated strategies from my tropical case study—such as site planning, daylighting, façade design, natural ventilation, landscaping, and renewable energy—wherever possible. My process and final proposal were documented in an A4 reflective write-up and an A3 design report in PDF format.
