We further developed and refined the schematic design into a resolved architectural proposal, integrating environmental, technological, structural, and technical considerations into the overall design. The process explored passive cooling strategies, building safety, façade design, structural systems, materiality, and sustainability to strengthen both the performance and experiential qualities of the project. Technical and environmental strategies were carefully integrated with the architectural language, ensuring that structure and materiality contribute not only to function and aesthetics but also to the users’ experience. Through a critical and iterative approach, the final design was refined to respond to site conditions, regulatory requirements, and project objectives, demonstrating an integrated understanding of architectural design from concept to resolution.
